• We work on fair and fixed price policy with advance payment, or COD on 30% advance receipt.
• Payment accepted in USD only and via SWIFT Bank Wire Transfer
• Shipping is free if the invoice amount is 25,000 USD all over.
• For invoice under 25,000 USD, shipment charge is as per the shipping company to all the preferred destinations
• Goods will be dispatched on confirmation of receipt of payment and may take upto 3 to 5 working days to reach the destination via preferred shipping company.
• Additional import duties and taxes to be borne by the customer as per the norms in their respective countries
• Even though we are constantly striving to maintain a real time virtual inventory, sometimes it may happen that a stone is already sold out by the time you place an order, in such cases we will inform you and can help you to find an alternative that is similar (if not same) in specifications and price, to the one selected earlier
• Once you place an order, we will check for the availability and quality of goods as per the requirement and send you an email asking for confirmation, after you confirm that order the invoice is generated and then the order cannot be canceled
• KYC compliance is a must before completion of sale.
• Door to Door insurance will be covered by the shipping company.
